The crew we send into Inglewood homes isn’t a rotating cast of subcontractors. It’s the same faces, month after month, which is exactly how we want it. Most of our technicians live within 20 minutes of the neighborhoods they serve, from Morningside Park to the blocks around Sofi Stadium. They know which 1940s bungalows in Inglewood still have original cedar shavings in the walls and which 1960s tracts were built with barely an inch of batt insulation in the attic. That local knowledge means we’re not guessing when we walk into your home. We’ve seen your floor plan before, or one close to it.

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician, Attic & Wall Insulation
Marcus has been with Warmline for nine years, and there’s not a corner of an Inglewood attic he hasn’t crawled through. He started in residential construction in 2008, moved into insulation full-time in 2014, and earned his Owens Corning AirCare certification shortly after joining us. When we need a post-1950s wall cavity dense-packed without tearing out drywall, Marcus is the one who does it. He’s also the guy who’ll tell you, straight-faced, that the worst attic he ever worked was in Westchester in August, and that Inglewood summers are a close second. He lives in Hawthorne with his wife and two daughters and coaches youth soccer at Darby Park on Saturdays.
Elena R. – Senior Installer, Spray Foam & Crawl Space Specialist
Elena runs our spray foam and crawl space encapsulation jobs, which means she spends half her week in Tyvek and the other half in a respirator. She’s been installing closed-cell and open-cell foam for close to seven years and is certified through Demilec’s installer training program. Before insulation, she worked in commercial roofing, so heights and tight spaces don’t rattle her. In Inglewood’s older homes, where crawl spaces sit a foot above adobe clay soil, she’s seen moisture problems that most contractors would paint over and ignore. Elena won’t. She’s the first to flag a vapor barrier tear or a foundation vent that’s doing more harm than good. She lives in Torrance, keeps a 1972 El Camino running in her spare time, and refuses to call it a project car because “it runs fine.”
Dan W. – Service Coordinator
Dan is the voice on the phone when you call (424) 622-5846. He’s the one who answers at 2 a.m. when someone’s attic access panel just fell open and raccoons are making themselves at home above the bedroom. He’s been with Warmline for five years and worked dispatch for an HVAC company before that, so he can usually tell from your description whether you need a removal, a repair, or a full replacement before a tech ever arrives. Dan grew up in Inglewood near Rogers Park and still lives in the area. If you mention your street, there’s a decent chance he knows it, and an even better chance he remembers a house we’ve worked on around the corner. He builds the schedules so most jobs are done in a single visit, because he’s the one who has to hear about it if they’re not.
Jordan P. – Apprentice Technician
Jordan’s the newest member of the crew, coming up on two years with us. He graduated from the building trades program at West LA College and spends most of his week alongside Marcus learning blown-in insulation, air sealing, and attic cleaning. He’s also our designated crawl-space camera operator, which means he’s memorized the layout of more Inglewood floor joists than he’d like to admit. Jordan grew up in the Crenshaw District and says he got into this trade after watching his grandmother’s gas bill double in one winter. When he’s not working, he’s trying to keep a family of raccoons out of his own detached garage, which the rest of us find deeply ironic.

Every crew member in Inglewood works to that rule, and the 90-Day Done Right Promise backs it in writing. If something’s not right after we leave, we come back and make it right within 90 days.
